5-Star Aviation was established in 1996 by four enthusiastic aviation engineers. By supporting Part-145 companies in their heavy load on aircraft servicing, installation and repair work, as an independent subcontracting maintenance provider for a complete range of business jet aircrafts.

5-Star Aviation is a professional organization, supported by years of experience with a dedicated well-trained staff and is able to deliver consistent, quality service and cost-effective, line-maintenance solutions to its clients while at the same time maintaining the highest levels of punctuality and safety.

Our line maintenance support is located in the heart of Europe, at Zurich-Airport in the North of Switzerland. This EASA Part-145 Approved Line Maintenance Organization supports a range of aircraft type maintenance activities varying from line-maintenance, defect rectifications, A-checks, AD support, minor repair and technical assistance by new aircraft deliveries.

In March 2023, 5-Star Aviation has been approved ty the Aruba Authority for Line Maintenance.

In November 2023, 5-Star Aviation has been approved by EASA/FAA/TCCA for the new Dassault Falcon 6X aircraft for Line Maintenance services.

EASA Part 145 Line Maintenance of 5-Star Aviation is based at Zurich-Airport, with access to a Hangar by Jet Aviation. On AOG or customer request, 5-Star Aviation will provide support at any possible location.

5-Star Aviation has been successfully approved by the Aruban Authority in March 2023.

As of November 2023, 5-Star Aviation had trained engineers to the New Dassault Falcon 6X and received the EASA/FAA/TCCA approval for Line Maintenance support.

5-Star Aviation has been successfully approved for the Canadian TCCA CAR 573 in April 2020.

As of August 1/2019, 5-Star Aviation Clément transferred into a Limited Company “5-Star Aviation AG”. 5-Star Aviation AG will seamless continue its Line Maintenance Services at Zurich-Airport under the same approval specifications and organization resources as done in the past.

5-Star Aviation has successfully granted the extension of its capability for Embraer 135/145 Aircrafts in August 2018

5-Star Aviation has successfully fulfilled the requirement as a FAA Repair Station for its capabilities in May 2017

5-Star Aviation has successfully granted the extension of its capability for Bombardier Aircrafts in April 2017

Dassault Falcon launches new global website
The website includes new videos and a host of interactive features, including 360 degree interior views of each current production Falcon model and range maps from over 12,000 airports worldwide. Many of these features were pioneered on a Chinese-language website opened earlier this year. The redesigned website provides ready access to the Falcon Private Portal so customers can quickly order spare parts, receive Falcon communiqués and download technical documents.
